I have one more question for you: Are the files not found by "Continuous scan..." on the first/root folder of the Search Area (and not in any sub-folder). We identified an issue with DataFinder 2015 that files directly located on the first/root folder of a Search Area are not being detected by "Continuous scan..." .
This issue has been addressed/fixed with the upcoming DataFinder Server Edition 2017 release...
