Hello,
Just now I am making a quite large drawing in Ultiboard.
My drawing consists of 4 layers. Top, Bottom and 2 Inner. I use the Inner layers for Vcc and Gnd.
Now, I want the rest of the nets to be connected using Copper Top and Copper Bottom.
After placing all the components on my board, i tried to use the auto-router.
Making all the nets by hand is rediculous, as my schematic takes over 7 pages in Multisim.
Now my point is this. When i use the autorouter, i get a error message saying:
"Error during autorouter preprocessing.
Source: Autorouter
Invalid via definition - must be multiple layers and circular"
I use both through-hole components and SMT components.
I was only able to find one topic about this issue, but it got answered in portugese, and I can't read that language.
Unfortunately i can't give out nor upload the schematic as it is a product.
Hopefully someone can answer my question, since it's driving me nuts.
Thanks in advance,
Erik

Problem solved. I had to make my via's a bit more larger.
Thanks anyway.
