SCC-68 does not show up as an accessory for PXI 6030E

I have a PXI-6030E installed in a PXI-1033. Everything works except I cannot install a SCC-68 as an accessory in MAX. SCC-68 does not show up in the list of accessories

One likely possibility is that this product is not supported by your version of NI-DAQmx. The SCC-68 was only supported in DAQmx 8.1 (DAQmx 8.1 readme) or later. I simulated a 6030 and was able to select an SCC-68 in the accessories list (see picture below) - I have NI-DAQmx 8.5, which is compatible back to LabVIEW 7.1, so you would not have any compatibility issues.

Also, the SCC-68 is only DAQmx compatible, so you would not be able to see this if configuring your 6030E in Traditional NI-DAQ.
