oscillator with variable frequency from 10 khz to 1 Mhz with variable duty cycle

we are using PCI 7344 and labview 7.1 . can we get the VI  for oscillator with variable frequency from 10 khz to 1 Mhz with variable duty cycle. it is going to be sqaure wave signal . We need to AND  this output with   one of the DIGITAL  OUTPUT PORT of PCI 7344 .

If levels are TTL, then use an 7408 or 74F08 AND gate.

Are you looking for a separate piece of NI Hardware to output this 10kHz to 1 MHz signal or are you trying to use the PCI-7344 to generate it?
