How to extract a part of image from another lager image?

Hi .Please download the images named "333-1.png" and "333.png" from the attachments first.I want to  extract the  image named "333-1.png" from the image named "333.png" automatically .But how can I do ? I hope that you can help me.Thanks.

Please stick to a single thread. Since this post contains the attachment we will continue here. Try applying threshold and extracting using particle filter.

Are u doing extract.vi with vision assistant? I want to extract the car license plate number from the cars with vision assistant. I already modified and tried ur program. It's not work with my car photos. Can u show me the script that u use in this program?
