Color LED

Hi, i am trying to make the led in the front panel display 4 different color when the conditions are met. for example, the led will turn green when the condition is ok, turns red when there is error, turns blue when it is a false alarm & turns pink when it is a human error. i have found a thread which is quite similar to my requirements but i do not understand how the vi works. can anyone explain about the vi or is there any example similar to my requirements that you have? You may take a picture ring instead of a boolean indicator.

I suggest using a color control rather than a LED

or a picture ring control

Thanks alot. it helps to have more examples so that i can find vi which would be useful to my project.
