Long answer: There is a product that's specifically geared towards targeting microprocessor firmware coding, but that's not what you probably want.

Longer answer: If you're trying to use a LabVIEW VI in LabWindows, you can compile the LabVIEW VI into a DLL that you can then call from LabWindows.
