This is an example for showing FFT basic concepts including aliasing, resolution, spectral leakage, and windowing. A YouTube video "FFT Properties Demonstration" (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UGUceuhSuUE) is recommended to help one how to use this VI.
Requirements
- LabVIEW 2012 (or compatible)
Steps to Implement or Execute Code
- Run the VI.
- Adjust the parameters on the left and see what changes happen to the waveform and FFT magnitude chart on the right.
