Can anybody tell me how to change no of rounds in PEGASIS protocol??
or can anybody explain why pegasis matlab code runs only one round?

As far as I can tell, our WSN hardware uses a protocol based off of IEEE 802.15.4 and ZigBee, and I can find no mention of PEGASIS protocol in relation to it. Are you using any NI WSN hardware, or is this a question about WSN in general?
