I have compiled  a model in simulink the rate of the model is 4 hz when I add the model in NI Veristand in Model Simulation info I see 4 Hz but in model setting I could see 100 hz that means in case I execute the model is going to run at 100 hz ? faster than the model in simulink or is going to run at 4 hz?

If you set the rate to 100Hz, the model will attempt to execute at 100Hz.  If you need 4Hz, try setting the decimation to 25 in model settings.
