Veristand Tutorial Installation: "No software will be installed"

I am trying to install the NI Veristand tutorial.  I have downloaded and extracted the *.zip file to my desktop.  When I run the setup program, it states "no software will be installed" on the second or third screen. 

There are a few other forum discussions on this topic with other installers but none seem helpful.

Can anyone help? I would really like to use this tutorial.

I just downloaded the tutorial and it works just fine. I have the full version of Veristand on Windows 7.

Are you sure you are using the right version, the one XP or Windows 7 depending on your computer? Do you have the evaluation version or the full version of Veristand?

I don't know what else could cause problem.

Thanks for exploring this for me.

I have 32bit Windows 7 with a full-fledged version of NI Veristand 2011 (and NI professional developer suite).  I can successfully open and run models in Veristand.  I just can't even imagine what the problem is.

Check that you don't already have the veristand hands on installed. The installers conflict. So you would need to uninstall that first
