VeriStand will not Install

I have downloaded 2011SP1Veristand.exe but when I try to run it I get a application error " The Application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000005) Click OK to terminate the application." and it will not allow me to continue, I have tried it on a different computer with the same results.  Both systems are running Windows XP Professional SP 3.

Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi Jesse, 

Veristand should be supported on XPsp2 and later, however there will be problems if you have XP 64bit. Per Andy's suggestion I would make sure that your registry doesn't contain errors. There is a slim chance that the installer you have is corrupted also. You can download a new one from ni.com/downloads.
