Error while adding a custom device in veristand

Hi All,

I have been trying to add a custom device to my sysdef file, but I keep getting an error. Veristand is not able to load xml file. However, the xml file is available in the pre-defined location. 

Funny part is, after the folder location, it's written as c instead of the file name.

C:\Users\Public\Documents\National Instruments\NI VeriStand 2020\Custom Devices\Measurement - Gain\custom Device Measurement - Gain.xml

Has anyone faced such issue?
