Error 0x80054423 when deploy NI Veristand with Scan Engine and EtherCAT custom device

Hello to everyone, 

I'm attempting to deploy a project to a PXIe 8880 with 2 chassis NI 9145 slaves. I'm using Veristand 2019 R2 and scan engine and EtherCAT custom device, but suddenly error 0x80054423 occurring during the deployment.

Can anyone who has ever experienced this error help me?
