vxiinit says driver not initialized

Hi,

I've currently installed a PCI-MXI2 Driver card on my Linux box and when I run vxiinit it gives me the following error:

PCI-MXI-2:  Driver Not Initialized.

How can I fix this problem.

Thanks!

Hi Guy04,

This is probably being caused because the controller cannot find the driver or it is looking for the wrong driver for some reason.  You may want to try reinstalling your VXI driver.  Has everything on your system worked previously?  And is there anything that has changed that might have caused this to happen?  Also, what version of Linux are you using?
