When I try to communicate with a VME A32 unit using the VME-PCI8010 kit I get a bus error. But I don't for A24 units. Is there something I have to change in the setup (VXITEDIT) to use A32 units?

Dervan:

The MXI-2 does not require any special setup to access A32 registers. However, if you have a significantly old chassis, it may not support A32 register space. Also, does your device actually use any A32 space? If it does not, you will get errors when trying to access it.
