VXIinit

I'm just starting to work on integration of a VXI system.
I'm reading a seminar manual that explains how VXI works (to
fill in what I haven't learned by doing). It tells me that
I need to run a utility called VXIinit at system startup.

I did some VXI work about a year ago, and I remember using
VXIinit at that time. But as far as I know, we're not
running it on the present system. And it doesn't even
appear to exist on the system. Has it become obsolete? If
not, how do I get it?

Both systems were VXI under WinNT. Previously it was NT3.5
and this is NT4.0.

VXIinit and resman are now in the same utility. This change happened around
version 1.5 of VXI on windows systems. VXIinit should no longer be
nessecary.
