Can I use a VXIbus Module in a VMEbus System.

Can I use a VXIbus Module in a VMEbus System (both Electrically & Mechanically).
If yes then how dows the VXIbus module get recognized in the VMEbus system.

What features I cannot use if the VXIbus module is used in the VMEbus system.

VXIbus has additional connectors that are not available in a VME frame, so, in general, you cannot use VXI modules in a VMEbus system.

If you check the spec on that VXI board and see if these pins are such that you can use them in the VME chassis you may be able to do this. However, you can cause damage to your board, chassis, or other modules, so we do not support this procedure.
