Can I update the internal software in the GPIB VXI/C card Part number 181520J-0310

I have been advised that I need to have the internal software at version A.9 in order for the card to interface with a thid party card. The VXI/C card that I have at this stage has software version A.8. Can I get this software and how do I down load this to the VXI/C card?

To get the firmware updated on your card, you will need to return the board to National Instruments and we can update it for you.

To do this, please call (512) 795 8248. The Customer Service Representative will set up a sevice request for you so that you can return the board.
