RoboRio 1.0 Ethernet Port FAilure

The ethernet port on our RoboRio 1.0 is no longer working.  The lights never come on.  We have reimaged it and it still does not work.  I believe it is a hardware failure.  I cannot confirm this, but I believe that one of the students may have plugged the POE end of the new Rev radio power module into the RIO.

@NI - is it salvageable / repairable by NI?  Can we buy a refurbished RIO?
