SystemLink API, add Test Step Measurement (DBL case)

Does Somebody already experienced this problem?

I just want to add test a DBL measurement to SL through a LabVIEW program:

but in SystemLink, there's something weird, the value is changed.

the problem is coming from the previous VI: Add Test Step Measurement (DBL) from the SystemLink API.

If you actually look at the numeric constant with the 17 digits of precision, the value of 2.4 becomes:
