I am currently evaluating the SystemLinkCloud platform in the free tier. Today, I received the message "Could not load tag data!" (Unable to load tag data) on my SystemLinkCloud account, and I can't even access the tags. Does anyone know what's going on?
The account has been active for 1 month since its creation.
How can this issue be resolved?
