Administrator access with OpenID Connect

We are currently trying out OpenID Connect access to SystemLink with Azure AD following this article: Setting up OpenID Connect in SystemLink with Azure Active Directory. Adding users to workspaces (well, the default workspace) and assigning roles is working fine.

Now we wanted to assign the server administrator role. This is step 20 in the guide, except there is no option to set an OpenID (Claim?) attribute. LDAP attribute does not work and also does not fit with the icons in the documentation. The installed version is SystemLink 21.3. Is this a bug? A missing service? Is it part of the Advanced component?
