Traditional antenna testers involve vector network analyzers (VNAs), downconverters, signal generators, and motor control systems from multiple vendors. This results in a very expensive and complex solution. This demo shows how you can combine the NI PXIe-5630 VNA with LabVIEW, CompactRIO, and NI Motion hardware to create a flexible, fully integrated antenna test system for antenna characterization.
