access all cards in pxi slot at one insances

HI

I would like to know, whether, can you access all cards in the PXI slots at a single time and
make it work.

Say for example we have a DMM/AWG/Counter and a RF Signal Analyser/Generator. 

would it be possible to develop a code, in which i can keep, generating a signal from

AWG, and measure using DMM, and also analyse a signal coming as, ouput using RFsignal analyser.

is it possible to acheive this, on any pxi chasis  4/8/18 slot.

would this kind of code development,cause any hindress
for the speed and execution.
