Undocumented 'blink' codes on user1 at crash time

Where do I find the meaning of the various blink counts we get from our PXI-8145RT, when it crashes ?

So far 5 and 8 blips have been seen, but only up to 3 are documented in the manual.

Our PXI system also holds a PXI-6040E module, and that is it.

I can force the program to crash by flipping a gain control switch on the attached hardware.
(it only crashes sometimes!)

A change in gain will change all 3 analog input signals in use.
Noise spikes on the signals due to the change in gain is possible.

All signals are connected in differential mode in order to avoid ground loops.

A regular digital GND connection also exists.
(comes with the external sync input)
