I currently own 2 PCIe-8361 cards, but they are of different models and was I wanting to know if they are functionally equivalent. One model is 199042B-01L and the other is 195315D-01L.
Thanks for the help.

Hi Shawnx29,
Your two boards are functionally equivalent with some caveats. They both connect your PC to any of the same cards and chassis, so you can use either one or both.
As for differences: one of them supports the MXI BIOS Compatibility driver to work around PC BIOS bugs. That one also has a PCIe switch, so it will use 2 extra bus numbers. If you swap one for the other Windows will notice and rediscover the system (you'll need to reconfigure/rename a few things in MAX). The rest of the differences are smaller -- LEDs, power consumption, etc.
