Hallo,
I use the following system:
Both cards are at the same PXI-trigger-bus. For both, PXI-2564 and PXI-6259 I use DAQmx to program reading and writing the channels.
Now I want to measure the time delay between the digital output, that switches my device on and the analog input, that measures the reaction of my system.
I can't get it to work by myself, please help me!
Thank Ludwig.

Hi Ludwig,
what have you tested so far?
Do you have any VIs which you can upload for us?
Best regards,

The M-Series synchronisation mechanism dosn't work.
I don't know if a could address the PXI-trigger-bus directly?

I did understand your problem.
But you said: "I can't get it to work by myself"
Therefore, you definitely have build some VIs. I would like to see them

I have not any VIs. I had one but with every error I changed it to try other things. Because of no usable result I didn't saved anything.

Hi Ludwig,
if you can't give us any VI we have difficulties with helping you.
Because I donÄt know how your programm is build up it is not easy to tell where you should grip signals.
Here is a similar question to yours:

Hi Abduelkerim,
thank you for your help.
I wish, there was a function to use the PXI trigger bus to synchronize measurements.
Timer and Timestamps are not the exactest but an usable way.
Ludwig.
