FlexRIO Card not detected

Hello all,

I am attempting to use a PXIe-7975R FlexRIO card in a PXIe-1085 chassis, however the card does not appear in NI MAX. So far, I have installed/uninstalled/reinstalled LabVIEW FPGA, and the FlexRIO driver trying multiple versions (v23, v20.7), but I still have not been able to detect the card in the chassis. I have also tried installing the card in another PXI chassis, but it did not appear in NI MAX there either.

I've seen the article "Can't See FlexRIO FPGA Card in NI MAX" which was posted earlier this year, but going through the procedure has not helped.

Attached is a copy of the exported NI MAX configuration for the Hardware/Software.

Are there any more troubleshooting tips for using the card in a PXI chassis?

Hello, I have taken a look at the file you shared.  Looks like there is nothing wrong with the versions of drivers.  If I were you, I may uninstall all the NI drivers (or even try clean install of OS), then, reinstall from a Software Platform Bundle with FlexRIO driver selected along with other softwares you want.  If that does not resolve the issue, there may be something wrong with FlexRIO hardware itself.
