Where is the BlockSelect folder in Teststand 3.1f1?

Installed Teststand version 3.1 with the 3.1f1 patch but it is missing the BlockSelect folder which is suppose to contain the new version of BlockSelect.dll.  What's the deal?  Did I miss a step in the installation process?

I have not been able to locate the "BlockSelect" folder on my computer.  Where were you expecting it to be?  Is it something that you expected to install with TestStand?  One thing to keep in mind is that the patch will not overwrite anything in the TestStand 3.1/Components/Users folder.
