After installing Teststand 2022 64-bit I wanted to configure the Result Processing in 'Configure > Result processing...'
I add a Report as shown in attachment 'new report.jpg'. This works fine and the report is being added to the list of reports.
Then I want to configure the report using 'options' as shown in the attachment 'options.jpg'. When I click on that button, I get the error Message shown in attachment 'error TS result processing.JPG'.
Can anybody give me a hint what the problem could be and how to solve it?

Which TS versions do you have on your PC?

TestStand Engine 2022 Q4 (22.0.0.49152) 64-bit
Sequence Editor 22.0.0.49152

No other versions?

No, only TS 2022 Q4

Thanks!
I would go trying to repair the TestStand installation, seems like something has gone wrong during installation.
Guess you haven't modified the reporting?

No, I made no changes to the reporting. I also deleted the ResultProcessing.cfg file after the error was displayed. When I start TC, a new File is being created which I was expecting. But I still get the error. Repairing did not fix the problem either. I will now remove all NI components and install from scratch. Hope this will fix the problem.

Would have been my next suggestion...

These kinds of problems sometimes arise due to changes in the type definitions used by various plugins (and other sequence files) and TestStand Automatic Type Conflict Resolution. This task is quite difficult to solve via the forum. When I encounter something like this, I try to open the sequence files containing the suspicious definitions one by one and determine which versions should be used.
When cleaning files, remember that some of them are in Program Files and some are in %TestStandPublic%
(and other folders if you use tsenv
).
To avoid such problems in the future, consider setting the Allow Automatic Type Conflict Resolution
option to Never
in the Station Options (File tab).
