Hi Paul,
TestStand needs to be installed from each individual development station
or runtime station depending on whether you are doing development or production
testing.
As the TestStand license is written, you would need to purchase a separate
copy for each of these stations. In your example, that would be 30 licenses.
We have heard requests for implementing a feature to run from a server, but
it isn't high on our priority list.
Because money may be an issue, I suggest talking with your local sales representative
to work on a "large volume" discount or something.
