NI MAX doesn't detect COMPACTRIO 9063

I am currently using Labview 2019 for a project. I tried to connect CRIO 9063 to my computer by using an ethernet cable. I've already written the IP adress of the device. But NI MAX don't want to display the CRIO in the section "deported systems". I tried to write it manually but NI MAX says that "the drivers don't support this device". I don't really know what to do. Help me

Please check the version of the NI Compact RIO installed on your PC for compatibility with the actual chassis.

Installing the right driver might probably help.
