MAX Database Connection Error

We are having a Taylor Engine Testing Dynamometer. We are getting error while using the software as shown in the attached photo.

Requesting to check and guide us to fix the issue.

We are suspecting that the issue is related to software not harware.

Please note that we managed to fix the below error after resetting the configuration data from NI Measurement & Automation Explorer.

We followed below link and other forums at NI website.

https://knowledge.ni.com/KnowledgeArticleDetails?id=kA00Z000000P8awSAC&l=en-AE

Now there is no error of connecting the database.

We copied the base data before resetting. Once we are copying the saved configuration file into directory, again we are getting the same error. It seems the configuration file is corrupt or having some issues.

Also, after resetting the configuration data, we are getting error (attached screen shot) while opening the Taylor software.

It seems the issue is not related to hardware but may be software especially the configuration of the system.

Can you please check and support us in providing the confirmation file.

Or else kindly guide us to fix the issue.
