How to add custom step type in insertion palette

I was Working on Creating an new Custom Step type in Insertion Palette.I Tried it by CTRL + T, Types: MyTypes.ini Tab got opened

Under MyTypes.ini in StepTypes, Inserted a New StepType -> go to properties -> Substeps -> Add -> Update specific module.

i am following above procedure but when i am updating specific module getting error. i have attached error image.

In order to place a custom step type in a well-defined tree structure of the insertion palette, i recommend you to modify the insertion palette rather than to rely on step type configurations.

You can right click the insertion palette and select "Customize..."
