Call Sequence Post Action clarification

If I have 4 Steps "Step1", "Step2", Step3" and "Step4" in one of my Sequence "Sequence1" and I call "Sequence2" as a Post-action if "Step 2" fails, does the execution return back to "Step2" or "Step3" after executing "Sequence 2"? This is not clear from the help documentation that I could find. Appreciate the help.

Have you already tried using a simple testsequence?

That's what I usually do to learn about features for which I don't have sufficient documentation or examples.
