I've made a digital clock circuit, but my teacher wants me to only show 1~2o'clock, 12~22 minutes and 32~42 secs. She wants the clock to go up a minute every time the sec hits 42. She also mentioned to have the seconds increase once every 0.1 seconds. I've tried using a function generator but was told not to do so.. I've spent days on this and I can't figure out how....
