Multisim Serial Number

Hi, I am new in this forum, and need some help with Multisim Serial number.

I am the new Teacher of the Electronics Class of a school in Puerto Rico, I found that in my old computer have the Multisim software. I just received a brand new computers and I want to swap the software from the old PCs to the new ones, but I need the serial number for the account.  No one in the school knows nothing about who bough the software and i need to know how can I get the serial from the old PCs.  I think that it auto-renewal because the software is up to date.  This is a public school and you know that it's hard to find someone that knows what I need.

When I run our old Multisim 2017 and go to Help > About Multisim, the serial number shows up in the top left of the About box.  Hope that helps.

I get the old PC's back to use on our workbench,  I still have no idea what serial number I have on my PC's. I only have ******* in the serial number area.

Try looking in the NI License Manager. If that doesn't work, open a service request by going to ni.com/ask and click on Activate.
