Hello everyone,
I' using Ultiboard 14.1 and I want to export my PCB so that I can open it in various CAD programs. In various manuals and in the Ultiboard help I find that File/Export/3D DXF should create my sought for file, however, my only options for mechanical CAD exports are SVG and regular DXF. When exporting the regular DXF I obtain a 2d representation of my PCB. Have the 3D DXF export option been removed from previous Ultiboard versions or is there merely an option or download that I'm missing?

HI.
You need the Power Pro edition to export to 3D file. are you sure you have activated the Power pro Edition?
This can easily be checked in NI Licence Manager

Thank you for your reply!
You were absolutly correct, Power pro Edition was not activated. Now I can finally export 3D models 🙂
