Electronics Testing and Validation Setup

Hello,
I want to establish an electronics testing and validation setup. That setup is capable to test electronics component performance over different temperature range, EMI/EMF effect, noise, immunity, can be induced.
Is NI software and hardware support to establish like above setup ? If yes please list down the software and hardware.
