At a quick glance, it appears you have your power supplies reversed. VEE should be minus supply, VCC should be positive.

If you go into the symbol properties, and turn on symbol pin names (see image). Then in schematic view the error becomes plainly obvious. The+ 20 and -20 are backwards (based on the voltages listed). I have not tested this, but I am sure that is the problem.
