Perhaps you have confused National Instruments with National Semiconductor?
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Geode_(processor)
You mention PCI1510, but that is not a valid National Instruments part number, rather Texas Instruments:
http://focus.ti.com/docs/prod/folders/print/pci1510.html
Thus combining National Semiconductor with Texas Instruments, you can arrive at National Instrument(s).
Sorry you are having difficulties, but as Dennis stated, I think you have come to the wrong place. Try Googling Geode GX1 for support.

So might be that this Forum still can help,
As I find out from a diff forum I need t read the L1 CHACH of 16KB in the Geode GX1 via JTAG and programm it on the New Geode GX1
is there any tool here from NI I can use for that?
and let me know how.
thanks

Hi,
Like I said in a other response (where you also ask this) Boundary Scan Technology (JTAG as you called it) is a very good method for testing digital boards. And you can use this also to 'look inside' a board to test eg. a cache module.
JTAG technologies and NI are partners. There are tools from NI for BST testing. But if you have to begin from scratch and do it for only one board you have a long and expensive way to walk.
Can you post the schematics (in PDF) and other information you have ? I can't promise you anything my time is also limited, but I will look at it if there is enough information.
