If you are attempting to calibrate a AT DAQ device, typically, this error is the result of insufficient computer resources being assigned to the board. Specifically, the Calibrate_E_Series function requires an interrupt level. If you view the configuration in the Device Manager, and there are insufficient resources assigned to the board, you will need to adjust the computer's resource allocation so that the board gets an interrupt level.
In case you are working with a PCI device, most likely your board is presenting some sort of hardware failure.
