connecting current sensor and voltage sensor

I am new in NI products. I would like to know how to connect a current sensor LEM HASS 50 S and voltage sensor LEM LV 25-P to a SCB68a. The SCB68A is connected to a PCI7841R. I will be using LABView 2013

Greetings Sibu

I looked for the datasheets of those sensors that you were talking about, it seems they have special wiring to work. Once you follow the manufacturer’s indications, you should have a sensor outputting a 0V – 5V voltage signal. This signal, along with its ground reference should be wired to one of the analog input terminals of the PCI 7841R through the SCB 68 A. You can check which pins are for analog input by checking in NI MAX for the pin out. Alternatively, it is also in the manual online (Figure 2 indicates the pinout)

The one care you must have is to configure the analog channel as single ended or differential, according to the nature of the sensors.

Let us know if you have additional questions.
