USB-9162 product upgrade

Hello there,

I have been using NI USB-9162 compactDAQ chassis with my NI 9215 DAQ. I want to purchase a new one, and this page tells me that the product is mature and that there is an upgrade.

what is the upgraded version? and should I be able to use just like the matured version?

Start going here: CompactDAQ Chassis.  Use the filter to reduce the number of slots to 1 and bus of USB 2.0.  You will see that pretty much your only option is cDAQ-9171.

 

The USB-9215 will be unorderable at the end of the year, so I would avoid going that route.
