Set up DAQmx simulated devices to output spreadsheet data

Hi everyone, 

While waiting for the order of NI data acquisition hardware, I have attempted using the DAQmx Simulated Devices to allow the development and testing of the code without the physical devices. However, the DAQmx Simulated Devices only seem to output a sine wave with some noise. Is there a method to set up the simulated devices to read data from a spreadsheet file (containing previous tests' data) and output them so I can test the monitoring system using real operational data?
