Received error -10007 in AI waveform Scan. VI

Usin AI MIO 16 E2 configured as device 1. In VI use the AI waveform scan. The inputs into the AI waveform can are as follows:

   For Input Device use 1.

   For Channels(0) used Array String set to the following:

      ob0!sc1!md5!ch0:7     ob0!sc1!md9!ch0:5     ob0!sc1!md7!ch31

   number of scans is set to 100

  scan rate is set to 6000

When the VI is run get the error code -10007. Uisng the Measurements and Automation Tool go to Test Panel see Device Name as AT-MIO-16E-2 Device Number is 1.

For analog Input for channel 0 to 7 get no errors. When Channel 8 is selected get error -10007.

I can't look up the error now but my guess is that you have differential mode selected. In this mode, channel 8 is paired with channel 0. 9 with 1, etc. You cannot select the paired channel.

I Found the issue. When the Hard Drive was rebuilt the AT MIO 16E 2 Device was not properly configured.

In the Measurements and Automation Tool for the AT MIO 16E 2 device selected properties and

In the Device Configuration had to define the Resurces for this Devices.

The Input/Output Range was set properly and passed when the Test Resource button was selected.

The Interrupt Request did not pass test and had to set to a integer which was available.

The Direct Memory passed when the Test Resource button was selected.

When this was completed restarted the Computer and able to aquire data. Not sure what the

significance of these resources are but if someone could elaborate on how they are used by

the device that may be helpful.
