PXI-4461 shows up as 2 devices in MAX

This keeps happening no matter how many times we reboot PC and/or PXI chassis.  We've also reset the configuration over and over.

The 4461 is coming up as 2 devices:

NI-PXI-4461 and PXI-4461

Neither have option to delete.  PXI-4461 only has "rename" or refresh  NI-PXI-4461 has all the options (besides delete) but all return errors.

We have tried multiple chassis and cards.

Windows 10, 1033 chassis, DAQmx 17 (drivers are all the same as multiple stations working fine)

We have reset the configuration data probably 20 times.
