Hi,
Both the the cards will match your measurement requirements.
PCI 6010 is cheaper that PCI 6014, so it depends on your budget.
If you do plan to go for 6014, I would then suggest you to go for an Mseries card instead, which has better features
Regarding Driver, in all probability you will get a CD of the latest/supported version Device Driver along with the card that you purchase.

thank you devchander
but some thing bother me : 16 analog inputs at up to 200 kS/s, what does realy mean ?if i have 12 analog to read , how can i manage the time to read ?
thank u again

It means Max Possible sampling rate by the card's ADC= 200k samples /sec
While scanning 12 channels, that would be approx = 200kS/ sec divided by 12 = 1.7 K samples per sec. ( Because all analog input channels share a common ADC)
You need to read once from all 12 channels in an interval of 5 milli sec right??
For that, your required sampling rate would be 2.4 K samples /sec or greater.( 12 samples in 5 milli sec= 2400 samples in 1 sec)

ok,
why i gave u all these questions, cause i have used DIO96 befor (to control a multiplexer), and it was a disaster, the DIO's output signal is controled by the PC, and under 15ms the signal become unpredictability, and i don't like the same thing happened with PCI 6010, so if PCI 6010 works independently , and puts the data in buffer, i have juste to get these informations with my CVI programme, it will be great ????
thanks again
