Forgive me but I am the IT Admin for a company who is troubleshooting these error on a new pc deployment for our engineering team(Little to no Labview experience). I've installed all of the software and addons that we normally do though I haven't seen them have a issue like this before. I have tried this program on another PC and have the same error so I'm guessing its a missing install/dependancy though I'm not sure where to look next. Please advise. Thank you in advance.

Uncheck Product Only and you will be able to see if the NI-DAQmx Support for LabVIEW package is installed.

If it has not been installed, click on the setting button on the top right, enable Show available packages and feed management tools. Search and install this package from the PACKAGES tab.

From the images you've installed DAQmx 19.5 and it does support LV 2016 as per this page and this page

Order of installation matters for drivers, you must always install Drivers at the last. If you did the other way around, DAQmx would not have installed the support for LV 2016.
